This Privacy Policy explains how AMISAM GENERAL TRADING LIMITED ("we", "us"), the official Skinsensual distributor for Kenya and across East Africa, collects and uses personal information through the website www.skinsensual.co.ke (the "Site"). It follows the same privacy principles applied by the Skinsensual brand on its own website, adapted to our activities and to the laws of Kenya, including the Data Protection Act, 2019.

We only collect information that you choose to give us or that arises from your use of the Site:

• Enquiry and application details — when you submit our dealership, wholesale-quotation or contact forms, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company name, country and city, phone and WhatsApp numbers, e-mail address, sales channels, website or social-media address, the products you are interested in, estimated quantities and any message you write.
• Correspondence — the content of e-mails, calls and WhatsApp messages you exchange with us.
• Technical data — basic log information created automatically when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit times.

We do not sell products through this Site and we do not collect payment card information on it.

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare wholesale quotations;
