These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.skinsensual.co.ke (the "Site"), operated by AMISAM GENERAL TRADING LIMITED ("we", "us"), the official Skinsensual distributor for Kenya and across East Africa. By using the Site you accept these Terms.
The Site is an informational and business-to-business platform. It presents the Skinsensual product range and collects dealership applications, wholesale-quotation requests and contact enquiries. The Site is not an online shop: no products are sold, no orders are concluded and no payments are taken through it. Any supply of products takes place under a separate written quotation, order confirmation or distribution agreement between you and us.
Submitting a dealership application does not create any partnership, agency or distribution relationship. We evaluate applications at our discretion, and any appointment as an authorised dealer takes effect only upon a written agreement signed by both parties.
Product descriptions on the Site are provided for general information and reflect the manufacturer's product data. Skinsensual products are cosmetics: statements on the Site describe cosmetic benefits only and are not medical claims, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and usage directions on the product packaging. We may correct errors and update product information at any time.
The Skinsensual name, logo and product imagery are the property of the Skinsensual brand owner and are used by us in our capacity as official distributor. The other content of the Site (texts, layout, graphics) belongs to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false or misleading information in the forms, attempting to interfere with the Site's operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
The Site is provided "as is". While we take care to keep its content accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Kenya.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its "last updated" date, will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Site.
